POLICIES

At LashLove + Beauty Studio, we strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for our valued clients. Our policies are set in place to provide our clients with the highest level of quality services, products and professionalism.


APPOINTMENTS

We gladly accept last-minute bookings based on availability, however, we strongly recommend booking an appointment at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We require our client’s full name, phone number and email address as all appointments are confirmed with a reminder via text and email 48 hours before the appointment.

For all new clients and clients booking new services, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to review and fill out an intake and consent form.

If you anticipate being late for the appointment, please contact the studio as soon as possible and we will make every effort to make accommodations where possible. In respect for other clients who have booked in advance following your slotted appointment time, late arrivals will result in modified services based on your remaining time slot at the full service price.


DEPOSIT + Cancellation + No shows

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your next booking.


REFUNDS + PRICING

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for services, retail products or gift certificates. All sales are final. LashLove + Beauty Studio reserves the right to change pricing for services and products without notice.

THE STUDIO

We will continue to sanitize + disinfect all surfaces between each client

We will continue to sanitize + disinfect all tools between each client

LLB ARTISTS

We will continue to perform sanitization + disinfection protocols

We will have completed additional training + received certification on Infection Control, Disinfection, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Clean Touch

We will continue to wear a mask (and gloves when necessary) during every appointment

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

You can expect the same high level of professionalism + high quality products and services

To maintain the health + safety of all our clients, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water upon arrival

For extra precaution, you are required to wear a clean face mask upon arrival and throughout your visit

We ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment

Please arrive on time and ready to start your service to prevent client overlap

Payments will be accepted via cash or Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) only

SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

We Will Be Restricting Services If:

You have a fever, exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or feeling ill. DO NOT come in for your appointment as we will only provide services to clients who are well

You have come into contact with anyone who has contracted CoVid-19 in the last 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment

You have been outside of the country in the last 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment

You have come into contact with anyone who has been outside of the country in the last 14 days prior to your appointment
